Ahmed Nadim was called to the Bar in 1982. He practices from Lincolnhouse Chambers in Manchester.  He has been involved Administrative Law cases that have left a defining impact on Education Law, particularly the provision of speech therapy.  In the field of Criminal Law he has a particularly extensive practice in all fields of serious crime, including terrorism and homicide.  He is in demand both to lead the defence as well as to take a junior brief and has been involved in some of the highest profile defence cases nationally. In 2004 Ahmed was appointed a Recorder to perform duties as a Crown Court judge in criminal cases.  In 2006 he was additionally authorized to sit as a judge in cases involving serious sexual offending.
